Useful information
We are a very small business and make all our candles by hand, usually to order. Generally we aim to dispatch your order within 3 – 5 business days however during busy periods, it may be more like 7 – 10 business days. If you need it quickly, please let us know prior to ordering and we’ll let you know if we can get it to you on time.
UK
We send all order by 2nd class signed for postage within the UK. For most orders, this is around £4 – £9, depending on the weight or value or your order. If you would like 1st class or special delivery, please contact us and we can advise you how to pay the additional postage fees.
Europe
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) to European countries at £9.50 – £16.50 depending on the weight of the candle(s). If you would like 1st class, signed for or special delivery, please contact us and we can advise you how to pay the additional postage fees.
The World
Standard delivery (up to 10 working days) to the rest of the world is charged from £8 – £25 per item (!). If you would like 1st class, signed for or special delivery, please contact us and we can advise you how to pay the additional, extortionate postage fees.
We are unable to offer refunds unless your item(s) are incorrect or damaged. If this is the case, please get in touch at contact@wailingdip.co.uk so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
Our black candles are pure beeswax while our pink candles are a mix of soy and beeswax. All candles have 100% cotton wicks.
- Always burn candles within sight
- Never burn candles near flammble items
- Keep candles away from children and pets
- Do no harm
Remove packaging before burning. Burn in proper holder. Keep wax pool free of debris. Stop burning when 1/2” unmelted wax remains. Trim wick to 1/4” each time candle is lit.
Avoid drafty, hill top areas.
